Association UrbamoCuba.CH

UrbamoCuba.CH is a Swiss non-profit association with its headquarters at the EPFL and a scientific link to this university. It is composed of specialists in transportation, environment and economy. It was founded in 2014.

It continues in an applied framework the actions initiated since 2002 by a Swiss academic cooperation project in Havana.

UrbamoCuba.CH aims to contribute to the definition and implementation of concerted strategies with Cuban institutional partners of projects related to transportation, energy and environmental impacts

The goals of UrbamoCuba.CH are the following:

Contribute to the realization of projects, mainly in the geographical area of Havana, aimed at :

• To gather and coordinate contributions from Swiss and Cuban actors representing academic, political, industrial and development cooperation entities.

• To proceed with the search for funds to carry out its projects or those with which it is associated.

• To inform in a regular and exhaustive way the economic, scientific, industrial or other partners contributing to the projects it carries out or to which it is associated.
